Over a decade ago I lost over 100 pounds

 

My name is David Gluhareff and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer with the ISSA -International Sports Sciences Association, for over a decade. Health and Fitness are what I teach everyday and my passion in the fitness industry is helping people overcome Obesity and feeling, looking, and moving better through life!

 

Losing 100+ pounds wasn't easy, far from it.  But when I reached my ideal weight it was the most satisfying feeling of my life, and right then and there I made a commitment to myself that I would help other people to do the same thing.

 

So I've been helping people to try and feel better about themselves ever since, by making a career as a Certified Personal Trainer.  I got into Obesity Coaching because there is no one out there helping people with Obesity, which has reached epidemic proportions.  Something must be done, and it starts with YOU.

 

When I was Obese I was very shy, did not like to eat around anyone and had very low self-esteem. After losing 100 pounds I came out of my shell and really became a productive and energetic person!  I can do the same for you.

I perform personal, confidential Obesity Coaching One-On-One with people all over the world by phone, Internet and in person.

 

I also conduct small group personal training for clients with obesity, minor weight loss, athletics, or strengthening weak muscles to help in everyday activities for people.

 

I take my years of personal Obesity experience and combine it with my many years as a Certified Personal Trainer and help people with Obesity get their lives back on track!

 "Growing up I was always bigger than the kids my age. After years of being the "big kid" I just accepted that I was fat. My weight just made me who I was. Timmy had braces, suzie was tall and I was fat. I didn't like it but I felt like I was just going to have to get used to it. I had to get used to it because I had tried to change it through fad diets for years. Of course they never worked, they never do. Then I met David, he quickly began to expell the "untruths" I had set for myself about weight loss. I had realized that I had been trying to hard at methods that were destined to fail and was never going to lose weight that way. The failure was in the diets and had nothing to do with my efforts. I was giving 100 percent in the wrong direction. After realizing this I headed out for what would be my final attempt at a healthy life. Listening to David's instructions I began light weight training and a light cardiovasculer routine. At the end of the first week I was still 315 pounds and for once I was okay with it, because I felt great. At the end of the second week I was five pounds lighter. Through fad diets I was used to losing five or ten pounds, no big deal. In the middle of the third week I realized that I was eating the healthiest I ever had, sticking with a cardiovascular routine and maintaining weight loss. Something was wrong because I was excited about it.Within the next two months I had lost a total of 60 pounds. I weighed 250 pounds and havn't weighed less than 260 pounds since junior high. Now 8 months later the weight is still gone and I am happier with myself than I ever have been. I am not sorry to report that my current cardiovascular routine is 30 percent stationary bike, 50 percent treadmill and 20 percent beating girls off my doorstep. I never had that problem before. Since working with Dave I am able to run upstairs if i need to; in the process of running upstairs, I am not feeling the jiggle of back fat any more! -A
