Mass Tips 6

This area deals with Mass Tips 6, Muscle Ideas, Mass Building Information, Workouts, and Massive Meal Ideas!

- If you are thinking you can eat anything you want when trying to gain mass, then you are sadly mistaken. If you eat too much junk then your performance will be junky.

- Keep your saturated fat intake low, but keep a moderate intake of monunsaturated (olive oil and canola oil and almonds) and polyunsaturated fats (peanuts). These fats will help your hair, skin, and nails and some studies show that your blood vessels and capillaries stay stronger with moderate (Good Fats)intake.

- If you take in too much junk you will gain too much bodyfat and that is the wrong kind of mass to gain. Your conditioning will start to look bad and also your endurance levels in the gym.

- Stay away from transfatty fats!
