Mass Tips 5

This area deals with Mass Workouts, Workouts for Muscle Gain, Gain Size, and Healthy Gains!

- Three big and intense workouts per week is just fine. When I say intense I mean you cannot just sit around between sets and goof around with friends or flirt with girls or guys. You need to be focused on the workout at hand and make sure you are giving it your all.

- 3 workouts per week seems ideal because of the amount of time off and away from the weights we get. The rest times and time-off gives our muscles much needed rest and relaxation to build and repair.

- Rest and Relaxation for muscles is where we see our biggest gains in muscle size and strength. If we are constantly in the gym beating our muscles-up and not letting them recuperate, then we are shortchangeing our growth and progress.
