This page is about healthy goals, good health, losing weight, healthy priorities, and why we should take a healthy personal inventory of ourselves!

Make your health a top priority and take a Personal Inventory to see what you are starting with and where you need to realistically be with your weight.

Is our goal to improve health or physical appearance? Our health should be at the top of our priorities list. You will get the tools you need to help you succeed, but if you are not ready and focused then do not bother trying. Our health is a serious matter and we need not do anything positive to better our lives in a mediocre way. Do not waste your time with making changes unless you have a clear direction of which way you would like to see yourself – getting healthy results or failing again. How many times have we all tried fad diets, weight-loss pills, infomercial health and exercise products, but have failed to achieve results because we were clearly not ready and were performing a mediocre job? We need to take a personal inventory to see what we are starting with and where our weight should realistically be.
