He trains his clients one-on-one, in group fitness activities, and via online fitness instruction. David hopes to inspire and motivate as many people as possible to live a healthier lifestyle. After David himself lost 100 pounds, he decided to add some muscle mass and explore the bodybuilding side of fitness.
